Support
To report bugs and other problems in viJournal, use the "Report a Problem" command in the application's Help menu. This will generate an email containing some basic information about the application setup, to which you can add your description of the problem you're experiencing. This information can be vital in expediting the diagnosis and resolution of your problem.
If you're using an application that doesn't have this function, or it is inaccessible (e.g. if the application won't launch), you can contact us at support@skoobysoft.com. Note: using this address for viJournal support requests may result in your issue taking longer to resolve.

How to request a feature
We're always keen to hear feedback and requests from people who use our software. If you want to request a feature, send an email to feedback@skoobysoft.com, telling us which product the request is for, and what feature you want to see. Please follow these guidelines:
- Provide a detailed description of the feature you would like. We can't implement it if we don't know what you mean.
- Let us know why you want this feature. Understanding how people use our software is hugely important in helping us design it to suit your needs.
